Welcome to the 7th grade webpage!!

The school year is underway and the students have transitioned well from summer vacation to learning.  We are working hard on organizational skills and fundamental writing skills (punctuation, captialization, and spelling) which will help in taking the Iowa test in October.

In Science, the students have been reviewing scientific inquiry and how to plan a controlled experiment.  We are moving on to learning about cells and their components.  In English, we reviewed nouns and are going to move on to pronouns and in Literature we started reading stories in collection 1 where we are analyzing plot elements in each story.

When packing lunch, please keep in mind the we have students with severe peanut allergies in the school; No peanut products PLEASE!!

21st:  Hot Lunch Begins
30th:  Picture Day-Students dress up
